Depth Of Field with Christmas Lights

Shallow Depth of Field (f4.5)

For our Digital Photo Midterm Project, we had to take two identical pictures using depth of field. One image had to use a great depth of field (on right) and one with a shallow depth of field (on left). The greater depth of field has a sharp image from the nearest foreground to the farthest foreground and uses a small aperture, while a shallow depth of field has a small slice of the picture in focus, while using a large aperture.
